摘要
全英教育一方面培育了具有国际视野的医学人才;另一方面由于培养与评价模式的改变,也可能削弱全英班学生在中文语境中解决问题的能力。文章通过对汕大医学院2007~2012六个年级学生的基础综合考试和客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)成绩进行对比分析,结果显示以USMLE为考核标准的全英教学对学生在中文环境下解决临床问题具有积极影响。
All-English education training develops the global perspectives of a medical student, and due to the change of training methodologies and the evaluation, it is possible for the All-English students to become weaker in a Chinese language environment regarding their problem solving ability. This paper compares and analyzes the results of the basic comprehensive examination and the objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) of students in Shantou University Medical College from 2007-2012. The results show that by using USMLE as the evaluating objective for the All-English teaching program has a positive impact on solving problems within a Chinese context environment.
