摘要
为筛选获得类型丰富、具杂交优势的海水养殖新品种,在黑鲷(♀)×真鲷(♂)杂交子代养殖成功的基础上,于2016年4—5月,挑选经强化培育的杂交子代(♂)及黑鲷(♀)为亲鱼(雌雄配比1∶1),养于室内同一水泥池,水温16~20℃,盐度23~25,收集同步发育的自然受精卵进行孵化,采用显微摄像观察,记录回交子代胚胎和早期仔鱼的发育时序与形态特征。试验结果显示,回交子代的受精卵孵化、胚胎及仔鱼发育正常;在水温18~20.2℃、盐度25、微充气的条件下,受精卵历时42.5h完成胚胎发育,仔鱼孵化出膜;初孵仔鱼全长为2.08~2.45mm;在水温18~21.8℃、盐度23~25的条件下,经过约4d时间,仔鱼卵黄囊消失,完成早期仔鱼发育阶段。试验表明,黑鲷(♀)×真鲷(♂)杂交子代的可育性,也为进一步的鲷科优良品种选育提供更多基础资料。
Abstract: The membersin Sparidae are widely distributed and the only seawater fishes that are widely bred along the southern and northern coasts of China. One of the major species cultured is the black porgy, Ac- anthopagrus schlegelii, which is of particular interest for commercial aquaculture. The red porgy (Pagro- somus major) is another high-value fish. In view of the different advantages of the two fishes, far- origin hybridization can be used to select and obtain the new hybridization breed of certain types of cultivation; and the hybrid from black porgy and red porgy had been successfully farmed in recent years. In our current study, in the first half of 2016, we carried out backcross breeding for the first time for hybrid F1 (black porgy female X red porgy male) with female black porgy, with an attempt to further screen for new ma- rine aquaculture species with optimal target straits. The enriching broodstock of the hybrid progeny male and black porgy female were selected and cultured in an indoor cement tank (ratio of male to female1:1) at a salinity of 23--25 and water temperature 16--20 ℃, then the naturally fertilized eggs were collected to obtain developmentally synchronized embryos and incubated in filtered sea water under the given condi- tion. The developmental timing and morphological characteristics of the embryos and yolk -sac larva, with total length of 2. 08--2.45 mm early larvae of the backcross F1 (BF1) were observed and recorded. It was found that the hatching of fertilized eggs and the development of embryos and larvae were normal for BF1. In the 4-day-old larvae the yolk sac was exhausted. In summary, backcross breeding is feasible and can a- chieve good effectiveness. Our findings confirm the fertility of the hybrid F1 of A. schlegelii female 〉 P. major male and provide rational for the development of excellent sparids fish breeding.
