摘要
本文以环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)含量、分布以及cAMP/cGMP的值来探索阴阳量化的指标,并从六经辨证的角度结合临床,希望为中医学辨证施治提供科学、客观的临床依据。同时,结合阴阳学说及其发生发展变化规律探索阴阳发病机制,进而探索环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)和阴阳学说的对应关系,为继承和创新中医学的发展抛砖引玉。
In this paper, cAMP and cGMP content, distribution and the value of cAMP/cGMP were used to explore the quantitative indicators; combined with clinical practice from the perspective of six-channel syndrome differentiation, it hopes to provide scientific and objective basis for the clinical syndrome differentiation in TCM. At the same time, combined with the theory of Yin and Yang, the occurrence and development of the law, the pathogenesis of Yin and Yang and the relationship between cAMP, cGMP and the Yin and Yang theory and their corresponding relationship explored, with a prospect of inheriting and innovating TCM.
