我国特殊教育专业学生专业认同研究述评 被引量:5

摘要 专业认同影响特殊教育专业学生的学习效果以及是否选择从事特殊教育相关行业工作。提高专业认同度,有利于减少人才流失,对特殊教育的发展有重要作用。本文运用内容分析法对特殊教育专业学生专业认同的相关研究进行了梳理与归纳,总结出我国特殊教育专业学生专业认同程度不高,处于中等水平;影响这一现状的主要因素为:性别、年级、录取志愿、是否自愿报考、专业指引和利他动机。现有的研究还存在不足,具体表现在:研究对象单一、研究方法局限性较大、研究取向不够全面、缺少干预研究,需要进一步调整改进。 Special education professional identity will affect students" study and engagement in special education industry, whereas the improvement of their professional identity will help to reduce brain drain, and also plays an important role in the development of special education. This paper uses the content analysis method to sort out the relevant research on the professional identity of the special education students, summarizes the professional identity of special education students is not very high but in the medium level. The main factors that influence this situation are: gender, grade, admission choice or voluntary to enter, professional guidance and altruistic motives. The present research literature is insufficient, which mainly includes single research object, the limit of research approach, one- sided research orientation and the lack of intervention, thus it is urgent to make further improvement.
