Treg平衡与原因不明复发性流产相关性的研究进展被引量：15

摘要健康母体在妊娠期间与胎儿存在免疫耐受,如果免疫耐受的状态遭到破坏则会引起排斥反应,进而引起流产。当母体连续2次或2次以上在妊娠不到20周的时候出现自然流产,即形成所谓原因不明复发性流产（URSA）,目前研究显示,造成URSA的主要原因是由于免疫耐受遭到破坏。CD4＋T细胞能够按照其自身具备的功能分为辅助性T细胞（Th）和调节性T细胞（Treg）,随着Th17细胞的发现,生殖免疫学的Th1/Th2模式逐渐发展为Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg模式[1]。现就Thl/Th2、Th17/Treg平衡与URSA相关性的研究进展作如下综述。
