摘要
碳纤维复合材料在飞机结构中的广泛应用已经成为当前轻量化设计的主要趋势。随着复合材料生产工艺及设计技术的发展,合理确定并逐步提高复合材料设计值,对保障复合材料结构完整性前提下提高经济性意义重大。综述对飞机结构复合材料设计值的内涵进行了阐释,围绕飞机结构复合材料设计值的影响因素及其确定方法,回顾了国内外学者的研究成果。同时,总结了国内外飞机结构复合材料设计值确定理念的发展现状,探讨了进一步提高飞机结构复合材料设计值的研究方向。
The extensive application of carbon fiber composites in aircraft structure has become the main trend of current lightweight design. With the development of composite materials manufacture technology and design philosophy, deriving and improving composite structural design values reasonably is profound, which will be in favor of structural integrity and economic efficiency. This paper explains the essence of aircraft composite structural design values and reviews the studies on influencing factor and determination methods in later decades. Besides, this paper summarizes current situation of the design philosophy of composite aircraft structure and discusses the research direction to improve the design values of aircraft composite structure in further.
