显微血管吻合术培训质量影响因素与方案探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析影响显微血管吻合术培训质量的影响因素并探寻提高培训质量的有效方案,为显微血管吻合术培训的改进与完善提供依据。方法从我中心随机选取64名参加显微血管吻合术培训的临床医师,训练前采用自制的调查表对学员的年龄、性别、学历、职称、以及此前是否参与过显微手术进行调查。学员根据课程安排进行培训,并记录培训次数。课程结束时进行小鼠腹主动脉端-端吻合考核,由同一教师评判考核是否通过。比较不同年龄组、不同学历组、不同职称组、是否参与显微外科手术组的考核合格率。结果训练次数对考核合格率有影响,训练次数多的组合格率明显高于训练次数少的组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学历、职称、参与显微外科手术经历对考核合格率影响不大,差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论显微血管吻合术培招生无需限制学员年龄、学历、职称等因素,在条件允许的情况下可通过增加训练次数以提高学员对该项技术的掌握能力。 Objective To analyze and explore the influencing factors of the training quality of microsurgical anastomosis,to explore the effective scheme to improve the training quality,and so as to provide the basis for the improvement of microsurgical vascular anastomosis training. Methods 64 clinicians were selected from clinical skills center of West China Hospital to attend to the microsurgical vascular anastomosis training.Before the training,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the age,sex,educational background,professional title of the participants and whether they had participated in the microsurgery before.The trainees were trained according to the course arrangement and their training times were recorded.At the end of the course,their end-to-end anastomosis of the abdominal aorta in mice was assessed by the same teacher. We compared the passing rate of assessment in groups with different ages,educational backgrounds,titles and microsurgical experiences. Results The number of training had an effect on the examination pass rate and the pass rate in groups with more training times was higher than it of group with less training times( P〈0. 05).Educational background,professional title and participation in microsurgery had little effect on the passing rate of the examination( P〉0. 05). Conclusion There is no need to limit the trainees' age,educational background,title and other factors in the microsurgical vascular anastomosis training. If possible,training times could be increased to help the trainees master the technique better.
