摘要
【目的/意义】分析新媒体环境下科研团队信息共享模式,以期帮助科研团队优化信息共享机制,促进科研创新,提高在相关学科领域的核心竞争力。【方法/过程】基于信息生态链理论,以社会科研院所研发团队为研究对象,使用案例分析和对比研究方法,提出了新媒体环境下科研团队信息共享的4种典型模式,并对比分析它们的异同点。【结果/结论】针对每种模式的分析结果提出相应的信息共享策略,分别为充分发挥团队成员的多元化知识结构、提高科研群体的自我组织与管理能力、构建完备的信息库与运行机制,以及灵活运用云平台的自动化管理功能。
[Purpose/significance] Research on information sharing model of scientific research team in new media environmentis to help the research team to optimize information sharing mechanism and improve the core competitiveness of the relevant disciplines. [Method/process] The article uses case studies and comparative research methods,takes the social research institute as the object, and puts forward four typical models of information sharing in scientific research team under the new media environment based on the theory of information ecology chain, at last compares their similarities and differences.[Result/conclusion] According to the analysis results of each model, the corresponding information sharing strategy is put forward, which is to give full play to the diversified knowledge structure of team members, to improve the self-organization and management ability of scientific research groups, to build complete information database and operation mechanism, flexible use of cloud platform automation management functions.
