全轻钢纤维钢筋混凝土损伤梁的综合无损检测方法

摘要 本文利用超声波法对梁进行声速测量,并结合所观察到的梁表面混凝土孔洞、裂缝分布形态和大小,对梁的内部缺陷状况进行分析;采用回弹法对梁进行回弹,来确定混凝土表面强度及其分布的均匀性;采用振动法对梁进行动态检测,基于不同冲量、3只不同灵敏度加速传感器所采集到的综合信号,通过小波分析进行处理,判断出损伤个数、损伤位置和相对损伤程度。试验证明,通过该综合方法,可以由表及里、由现场实测结合理论计算,全面获得梁的损伤信息,使评估判断更具有科学合理性,使评估结果更准确可靠。 In the paper the sound velocity value of the concrete are tested by ultrasonic test method. The internal defects of the beam are qualitatively analyzed when surface of the concrete beam hole and shape and size of crack distribution are observed. The beam is tested by rebound method in order to find uniformity of concrete surface strength and distribution. The dynamic detection of beam is done by use of vibration method, integrated signal is collected by acceleration sensors of different impulse and three different sensitivity. Based on wavelet analysis, damage number, damage Degree are judged by the principle of singularity. The results proved that the comprehen- sive method from the test can find damage of the beams, which is more scientific and rational. Meanwhile , it make the evaluation re- suits more accurate and reliable.
