摘要
2015年,国家能源局为促进先进光伏技术产品应用和产业升级,牵头推动、实施了光伏扶持专项计划"领跑者项目",自此开启了光伏组件同质化竞争向高效产品的变革之路。该文介绍了PERC技术的原理、工艺流程、产品结构以及PERC单晶的技术优势,同时还以晶澳大同50MW领跑者项目为例(此项目为目前国内外PERC单晶组件大规模应用的典型案列),分析了PERC单晶组件的实际发电数据,相比于常规多晶组件,在2016年9月至2017年8月期间,PERC单晶组件平均发电量高2.9%左右。该文对PERC单晶组件的应用和推广提供了积极的指导与参考。
National energy bureau implemented photovoltaic supporting special plan ‘Pacemaker Project’ to promote advanced photovoltaic technology product application and industry updating in 2015. Then it started to pave the way for photovoltaic homogeneous competition to high efficiency product reform. The article introduces principle, process and product structure of PERC technology and advantages of PERC monocrystal technology. The author takes example of JA Solar Datong 50MW Pacemaker Project (as for now the project as classic case has been the largest scale application of PERC monocrystal assembly in domestic andoverseas market) and analyzes practical power generation data of PERC monocrystal assembly, which is 2.9% higher than regular polycrystal from Sep, 2016 to August, 2017. The article puts forwardactive reference and suggestion for PERC monocrystal assembly.
