摘要
目的:探讨急救护理流程在急危重症患者抢救中的应用效果。方法:收治急危重症患者60例,平分两组。对照组实施常规护理,急救护理流程组应用急救护理流程。比较相关指标。结果:急救护理流程组急危重症预后良好率、患者家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);急救护理流程组病情诊断时间、心肺复苏时间、吸氧时间、开放静脉时间、气管插管时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急救护理流程在急危重症患者抢救中的应用效果确切,可缩短病情诊断和抢救时间,改善患者预后,提高家属满意度。
Objective：To explore the application effect of emergency care flow in emergency treatment of critically ill patients.Methods：60 critically ill patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group received routine nursing care,and the emergency care flow group was applied emergency nursing flow.We compared the correlation index.Results：The satisfaction rate of emergency and critical care in the emergency care flow group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The disease diagnosis time,cardiopulmonary resuscitation time,oxygen uptake time,open vein time and trachea intubation time of the emergency care flow group were shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The emergency nursing process is effective in the rescue of critically ill patients,which can shorten the diagnosis and rescue time,improve the prognosis of the patients and improve the family satisfaction.
