摘要
目的探讨铝碳酸镁联合莫沙比利治疗胃癌术后胆汁反流性残胃炎的疗效。方法选择胆汁反流性残胃炎患者59例,按照随机数字法分为观察组30例和对照组29例。所有患者常规给予口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊20 mg/次,餐前半小时服用,2次/天。对照组在常规治疗的基础上口服多潘立酮片10 mg/次、3次/天。观察组在常规治疗基础上给予口服莫沙必利10 mg/次、3次/天,餐后服用;铝碳酸镁1.0 g/次、3次/天,餐后嚼碎口服。2组疗程均为8周。结果观察组患者的症状改善的有效率为86.7%,高于对照组的75.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后腹胀、腹痛、烧心、呕吐症状积分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组胃镜下疗效为75.9%,高于对照组55.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后胃腔胆汁量、胃黏膜充血水肿和糜烂积分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论铝碳酸镁联合莫沙必利用于治疗胃癌术后反流性残胃炎疗效确切,能明显改善患者的各种相关症状,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of hydrotalcite combined with mosapride in the treatment of postoperative gastric cancer bile reflux gastritis.Methods 59 cases of bile reflux gastritis patients were selected.According to the random number method,they were divided into the observation group（30 cases） and the control group（29 cases）.All the patients received oral administration of Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules 20 mg/,half an hour before a meal,2 times/day.The control group was treated with Domperidone Tablets 10 mg/on the basis of conventional treatment,3 times/day.The observation group received conventional treatment based on the given oral mosapride will benefit 10 mg/time,3 times/day,meal after taking;hydrotalcite 1.0 g/time,3 times/day,postprandial chew oral.The course of treatment was 8 weeks in the 2 groups.Results The effective rate of improvement in the observation group was 86.7%,higher than that of the control group（75.9%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The observation group after treatment in patients with abdominal distension,abdominal pain,heartburn,vomiting score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The curative effect of the observation group was 75.9%,higher than that of the control group,55.2%,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The gastric cavity bile volume,gastric mucosal edema and erosion score were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Hydrotalcite and Mosapride for after gastric cancer surgery in the treatment of reflux of residual gastritis is effective,it can significantly improve the patients with a variety of symptoms,it is worthy of clinical application.
