摘要
将蛋壳膜按不同比例添加于肉鸡的日粮中,分析了其对肉鸡免疫力和接种禽流感H5N1-H9N2二价疫苗后抗体水平的影响。结果表明:蛋壳膜能够显著提高鸡血清总蛋白和白蛋白浓度以及H5N1-H9N2抗体水平。说明蛋壳膜对鸡的免疫力有增强作用,能够作为一种功能性饲料添加剂用于提高肉鸡的抗病力和免疫力。
Different ratios of eggshell membrane （ESM）was added into the diet of chickens,and the effects of ESM on theimmunity of chickens and their antibody level after inoculating avian influenza H5N1-H9N2 bivalent vaccines were analyzed. Theresults showed that ESM could significantly enhance the concentration of serum total protein and serum albumin,as well as theH5N1-H9N2 antibody level in chickens. Therefore,ESM can strengthen the immunity of chickens,and can be used as functionalfeed supplement to improve the disease resistance and immunity of chickens.
