摘要
分析了在线式颜色测量的特点和要求,介绍了分光光度计法、光电积分法、基于机器视觉的颜色测量等用于织物的在线检测测量方法及其应用情况,综述了纺织品颜色在线检测技术的国内外发展历史及研究现状,指出国内纺织品颜色在线检测技术及应用与国外水平相差较大,特别是在开发出性能稳定可靠的在线色差检测系统方面尚有待提高。为纺织品颜色在线检测未来的发展提供参考。
This paper analyses the characteristics and requirements of online color measurement,introduces the spectrophotometer,photoelectric integral method and the measurementbased on machine vision for online measuring method of fabric and its application situation,the development history and research status of color online detection technology reviewed textiles at home and abroad,the paper points out that the domestic color online detection technology and application and the level of foreign large difference,especially in the development of the online color detection system is stable and reliable performance aspects still need to be improved.It provides reference for the future development of textile color online testing.
