摘要
实战化教学对于塑造学生的警察职业素养与培养学生的警务实战能力具有关键性作用,也是确保公安教育长远发展的有效途径。根据《人民警察法》的法定职责框架,结合公安实践经验与当前道路交通形势,厘清交通警察的核心职业能力,以此构建道路交通管理工程专业的实战化教学体系,从教学理念创新、信息技术运用、教学设计优化、在职培训协同等四个方面探析交通管理工程专业实战化教学的实现途径。
Practical teaching is an effective way to ensure the long-term development of public security education for shaping the professional quality of the police and cultivating the students＇ actual combat capability. According to the legal framework of the ＂People＇s Police Law＂, this paper proposes to clarify the core competence of traffic police and build a road traffic management engineering professional teaching system, combining with the practical experience of public security and road traffic situation. Also, it analyzes the approach to the combat teaching in traffic management engineering specialty from the four aspects of teaching ideas, information technology, teaching design optimization and on-the-job training.
