摘要
由于磺酸盐Gemini独特的结构特点而广泛用于提高原油采收率研究。以二乙烯三胺、2-溴乙烷磺酸钠和癸酰氯等为主要原料,合成了一种新型的磺酸盐型Gemini表面活性剂N,N′,N″-三酰胺基二乙三胺二乙磺酸钠(3C10-DS),并采用红外光谱进行结构表征,考察了3C10-DS与不同类型表面活性剂以不同质量比复配后,与原油之间的界面活性及乳化性能。结果表明,3C10-DS的加入显著降低聚氧乙烯辛基苯酚醚-10(OP-10)、石油磺酸盐(PS)和重烷基苯磺酸钠(HABS)与原油之间的界面张力,其中,3C10-DS/PS[m(3C10-DS):m(PS)=2∶8]复配体系的界面张力为2.8×10-3 mN/m,乳化率为90%,乳状液液滴粒径在2~4μm。
Due to the unique structural characteristics of the sulfonate gemini surfactant,it is widely used to improve the oil recovery.In this paper,a novel sulfonate-type gemini surfactant N,N′,N″-triacylamino diethylenetriamine sodium diethylsulfonate(3 C10-DS)was synthesized with diethylenetriamine,2-ethanesulfonate and decanoyl chloride,and characterized by FT-IR.The effect of interfacial activity and emulsification properties of 3 C10-DS and different types of surfactants with different mass ratio were investigated.The results showed that the addition of 3 C10-DS significantly reduced the interfacial tension of OP-10,PS and HABS,and the interfacial tension of the complex system [m(3 C10-DS)∶m(PS)= 2∶8]was 2.8×10-3 mN/m,emulsification rate was 90%,and the droplet size of the emulsion was 2~4μm.
