摘要
目的:抑郁症是临床上常见的精神疾病,近年来我国抑郁症的发病率快速上升,较高的抑郁症发病率必然带来较高的自杀风险以及较高的致残率。艾司西酞普兰是临床上较为常用的治疗首发抑郁症的药物。本研究旨在通过与文拉法辛缓释剂的比较,研究艾司西酞普兰治疗首发抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法:选取78例2012年1月~2015年4月在本院治疗首发抑郁症纳入本研究之中。患者按随机数字表法随机分为艾司西酞普兰组和文拉法辛组,每组各39例。以Hamilton抑郁量表评分评定疗效,以治疗意外症状量表评定不良反应。结果:艾司西酞普兰组与文拉法辛组总有效率分别为95%和92%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。艾司西酞普兰起效较文拉法辛为快。两组患者的不良反应发生率均较低,艾司西酞普兰组的不良反应发生率要低于文拉法辛组(P=0.018)。结论:艾司西酞普兰可取得与文拉法辛类似的临床疗效,是安全有效的抗抑郁药物,临床应用时不良反应发生率低且轻微。
Objective: Depression is the forefront of mental illness, in recent years, the incidence of depression in China increased rapidly. And the higher incidence of depression will inevitably bring a higher risk of suicide and higher morbidity. Escitalopram is a clinically more common treatment for the first episode of depression. The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy and safety of escitalopram in the treatment of primary depression by comparing with venlafaxine sustained release.Methods:A total of 78 patients from January 2012 to April 2015 were enrolled in this study. Patients were randomized to the escitalopram group and venlafaxine group according to the random number table method. The curative effect was assessed by the Hamilton Depression Scale, and the adverse effects were assessed by the treatment of the accidental symptom scale. Results:The total effective rates of escitalopram and venlafaxine were 95% and 92%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Escitalopram is more effective than venlafaxine. The incidence of adverse events was lower in the two groups of patients, and the incidence of adverse events in the escitalopram group was lower than that in the venlafaxine group(P=0.018). Conclusion:Escephalipram can be obtained with venlafaxine similar clinical efficacy, is safe and effective antidepressant drugs, the clinical application of adverse reactions occurred in the low and mild.
