摘要
为研究平菇PL-01、黑曲霉M6.300、里氏木霉多菌株联合发酵玉米秸秆的固态发酵条件,本试验对玉米秸秆固态发酵过程中原料的初始pH、含水量、发酵温度、发酵时间进行了优化。结果表明:玉米秸秆固态发酵工艺条件为原料初始pH为5.5,原料含水量为65%,发酵温度为25℃,发酵时间为120 h。在最优发酵条件下联合发酵菌株滤纸酶活力(FPA)为13.57 IU/g。
This paper studied on the optimization of solid-state fermentation conditions of corn-stalks through multistrains' co-fermenting process,which included the Pleurotusostreatus PL-01,Aspergillusniger M6.300 and Trichodermareesei.The solid-state fermentation conditions of initial pH,moisture content of raw material,fermentation temperature,fermentation time were optimized.The results showed that the conditions of solid-state fermentation were initial pH 5.5,moisture content 65%,fermentation temperature 25 ℃,fermentation time 120 h.The FPA enzyme activity of co-fermented strains reached 13.57 IU/g under these conditions.
