菌酶协同发酵玉米芯制备木聚糖的研究 被引量:11

摘要 为研究固态发酵玉米芯制备木聚糖的最佳菌酶组合条件,本试验以木聚糖含量为指标,采用单因素试验,依次研究单菌发酵、双菌发酵、菌种比例、单酶发酵、双酶发酵、双酶比例、酶的用量对发酵产物中木聚糖含量的影响。结果表明:发酵玉米芯制备木聚糖的最佳菌酶组合条件为:枯草芽孢杆菌与酵母菌比例为1∶9,发酵时添加纤维素酶量为1000 U/g饲料。在此条件下,木聚糖含量可达1.421 mg/g,与对照组相比显著提高了257%。 The best combination of enzymatic conditions for the study of solid state fermentation preparation from corncob xylan,the xylan content as the index,the single factor test was used to study the effects of single strain fermentation,double fermentation,strain ratio,single enzyme fermentation,enzyme fermentation,enzyme and enzyme dosage on the content of xylan in the fermentation products.The results showed that the optimum enzyme combination conditions for preparing xylan from fermented corncob were as follows: the ratio of Bacillus subtilis to yeast was 1 ∶9,and the amount of cellulase added was 1000 U/g feed.Under these conditions,xylan content was up to 1.421 mg/g,which was significantly higher than that of the control group by 257%.
