摘要
为分析深部井巷用CM45干喷速凝砂浆效果,在试验室内,将该干喷速凝砂浆试块和C20喷射混凝土试块的力学性能作了对比试验。结果表明,干喷速凝砂浆具有初凝速度快、早期强度高等优点,完全符合深部井巷抢险防水加固施工要求。为进一步验证该干喷速凝砂浆井下使用效果,在井下巷道支护试验段进行了取心强度试验和现场巷道受力测试。结果表明,其强度符合要求,喷层受力变形稳定。该干喷速凝砂浆在深部井巷抢险防水加固中,应用前景广阔。
In order to analyze the effect of the CM45 dry shooting and quick setting mortar applied to the deep mine roadway,in the indoor of a lab,a comparison was conducted on the mechanics performances between the specimen of the dry shooting and quick setting mortar and the specimen of the C20 shotcrete.The results showed that the dry shooting and quick setting mortar would have a fast initial setting speed,high early strength and other advantages and could fully meet the construction requirements of the emergency rescue,water prevention and reinforcement in the deep mine roadway.In order to further approve the application effect of the dry shooting and quick setting mortar in the underground mine,a coring strength test and a roadway stressed test at the site were conducted at the support test section of the mine roadway.The results showed that the strength was met with the requirements and the stressed deformation of the shooting layer stable.The application prospects of the dry shooting and quick setting mortar to the emergency rescue,water prevention and reinforcement of the deep mine roadway would be wide.
