摘要
目的探讨消栓肠溶胶囊联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年12月—2016年12月于我院门诊诊治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者60例作为研究对象。将其随机分为两组。对照组(31例)口服甲钴胺片治疗,治疗组(29例)口服甲钴胺片和消栓肠溶胶囊治疗,疗程共5周,记录两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、阳性症状VAS评分以及应用肌电图(EMG)记录神经传导速度变化。结果治疗后,两组患者VAS评分均较治疗前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的VAS评分改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);EMG结果显示治疗后神经传导速度比较,治疗组MNCV正中神经与腓总神经以及SNCV正中神经传导速度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消栓肠溶胶囊联合甲钴胺有效的改善了糖尿病周围神经病变的临床症状,促进了感觉和运动神经传导速度的恢复,治疗效果明显。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoshuan Enteric Capsule Capsule combined with Mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(31 cases) applied oral treatment of Mecobalamin Tablets, the treatment group(29 cases) applied oral Mecobalamin Tablets and Xiaoshuan enteric coated capsule treatment, the treatment lasted for 5 weeks, the clinical efficacy, positive symptom VAS score, and nerve conduction velocity were recorded by electromyography(EMG) in two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the two groups of patients with VAS scores were lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05); The improvement of VAS score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05); EMG results showed that the conduction velocity of MNCV median nerve and peroneal nerve and SNCV median nerve in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Xiaoshuan enteric capsule combined with Mecobalamin is effective in improving the clinical symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, promote sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity recovery, the treatment effect is obvious.
