摘要
石家庄邮电职业技术学院金融管理专业与邮政金融企业开展合作,试行现代学徒制试点工作。现代学徒制这一新型人才培养模式,提升了金融管理专业学生人才培养质量,在招生招工一体化、工学结合人才培养模式改革、打造现代学徒制教学团队方面积累了经验,本文对实践中遇到的问题进行了探讨。
Shijiazhuang Posts and Telecommunications Technical College financial management major cooperates with postal financial enterprises, and pilots work of modem apprenticeship system. Modem apprenticeship as a new personnel training mode, improve the quality of the financial management personnel training, has accumulated experience in the aspects of the integration of recruiting students and workers, the personnel training mode reform of work - integrated learning, and building modem apprenticeship teaching team, and this paper probes into the problems in the practice.
