摘要
为探讨自然保护区亚高山灌丛植物重金属含量状况,以雷公山自然保护区亚高山灌丛植物刺叶冬青(Ilex bioritsensis Hayata)等为研究对象,对其叶片重金属元素Fe、Mn、Zn、Ni、Cd、Pb进行了测定分析。结果表明:含量>100 mg·kg^(-1)的元素有Fe、Mn和Zn,10~50 mg·kg^(-1)的元素有Pb,<10 mg·kg^(-1)的元素有Cd和Ni。Mn、Zn、Cd、Ni含量变异程度较大,Fe、Pb相对稳定,有害元素Cd、Pb含量均以粗榧(Caphalotaxus sinensis(Rehder et EH.Wilson)H.L.Li)最高。Fe与Mn和Mn与Cd的来源相似且在植物吸收中具有一定的协同效应。Fe、Mn、Zn、Cd、Pb、Ni含量均高于正常植物有毒浓度界限值的上限,Ni、Pb含量甚至超出了世界陆生维管植物对应元素含量范围的最大值。该地区植物存在着受重金属Fe、Mn、Zn、Cd、Pb、Ni毒害的潜在风险。
To investigate the characteristics of heavy metal contents of subalpine shrub plant in nature reserve,six kinds of elements( Fe、Mn、Zn、Ni、Cd、Pb) in the leaves of subalpine shrub plants in Leigong Mountain were measured respectively. The results showed that the contents of Fe,Mn and Zn are greater than 100 mg·kg^(-1),the contents of Pb vary between 10 and 50 mg·kg^(-1),and those of Cd and Ni are lower than 10 mg·kg^(-1). The contents of elements in leaves of subalpine shrub plants,including Mn,Zn,Cd and Ni had more variation than Fe and Pb. The contents of harmful elements Cd and Pb in the Cephalotaxus sinensis( Rehder et E. H. Wilson) H. L. Li were higher than in others plants. Fe-Mn and Mn-Cd had similar source and performed synergy effects when absorbed by plant in this research area. The contents of Fe,Mn,Zn,Cd,Pb and Ni were more than the poisoning level of plants,Ni and Pb contents even more than the scope of the average level of land vascular plants in the world. Plants in Leigong Mountain have the potential risk of Fe,Mn,Zn,Cd,Pb and Ni poisoning.
