摘要
目的分析护理干预在口腔科综合治疗机"管路处理"率提高中的应用效果.方法对2016年6月至2016年12月昆明市第一人民医院口腔科医护人员的未冲洗管路20~30秒数、定期或持续处理/消毒清洗消毒数情况进行分析,前3个月进行常规护理干预措施,后3个月进行综合护理干预措施,分别对护理干预前后管理制度知晓率、水管路处理达标率、水管路处理执行率进行比较.结果护理干预之前医护人员的管理制度知晓率、水管路处理达标率、水管路处理执行率为50.00%、38.00%、42.00%,护理干预之后医护人员的水管路处理达标率、水管路处理执行率为70.00%、53.00%、79.00%,干预后明显高于干预前(P<0.05).结论在口腔科综合治疗机"管路处理"率提高方面,采用综合护理干预措施,规范综合治疗机"管路处理"方法,能够有效提高口腔科综合治疗机"管路处理"率,值得推广.
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the improvement of ＂pipelinetreatment＂ rate of comprehensive treatment machine. Methods From June 2016 to December 2016,the times ofnot flushing the pipeline for 20-30 seconds,the times of regular cleaning and disinfection situation by medical staffsin our hospital were analyzed. The routine nursing interventions were given in the first three months andcomprehensive nursing intervention measures were given after three months. The awareness of pipeline managementsystem,the qualified Pipeline treatment rate and the execution rate of water pipeline before and after interventionwere compared. Results The awareness of pipeline management system,the qualified Pipeline treatment rate andthe execution rate of water pipeline were 50.00%, 38.00%,50.00% before intervention and 70.00%,53.00%,70.00% , after intervention, which were significantly higher than those before intervention（ 〈0.05） .Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention and standizing the pipe processing methods can effectivelyimprove the pipeline treatmen rate and deserve clinical generalization.
