摘要
随着蔬菜种植规模的不断扩大,实现蔬菜播种的机械化势在必行。研究和推广适合武汉的、融合农艺的蔬菜播种机,对于推进武汉蔬菜生产全程机械化发展进程具有积极作用。为此,根据武汉近几年引进国内外蔬菜播种机的现状以及消化、吸收和再创新蔬菜直播机具的研究进展。根据适应性试验情况,针对引进机具整机结构笨重和排种器更换困难,进行轻简化和模块化设计,自主研制的系列蔬菜播种机械具有农艺适应强、使用经济性高,能满足武汉市不同蔬菜播种要求,有效减轻农民的劳动强度、节约生产成本、改善生产条件,促进农民增产增收。
With the expanding of vegetable cultivation scale,it is imperative to apply the mechanization of vegetable sowing.It would cast positive effects on the mechanization promotion of vegetable production in Wuhan to develop and popularize applicable agronomic vegetable planter.In this paper,we reviewed the introduction of domestic and foreign vegetable sowing machines of Wuhan in recent years,and introduced our research progress on new vegetable sowing equipments of technology digestion,absorption and re-innovation.There are some flaws of heavy structure and seeder replacement difficulties on the introduced machine.According to the adaptability test results,some improvements of light simplified and modular design were applied.The self-developed vegetable sowing machinery has its advantages on the agronomic adaptability and economy.It can meet the different requirements of vegetable sowing situation in Wuhan.The machine has its advantages on the labor intensity reduce,cost saving and production condition improvement.The yield can gain bonus from the new machine's popularizing.
