摘要
为了充分回收利用稀缺的炼焦煤资源,研究了超声波预处理对某高灰氧化炼焦煤泥浮选效果的影响。通过粒度分析比较了超声波处理对煤泥粒度的影响;利用接触角测量仪、扫描电镜(SEM)以及X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析了超声波处理对煤泥分散特性及表面特性的影响。分析表明:超声处理对煤泥具有一定的破碎作用,促进了矸石从煤上解离,并且可以降低高灰颗粒对煤粒表面的罩盖,有助于提高浮选的选择性;经超声处理后,煤泥颗粒表面的疏水性官能团C-H、C-C含量增加,亲水性官能团C-O、C-O-H和C=O、O=C-O含量都有所减少。
To improve the high-ash coking coal slime flotation, ultrasonic pretreatment of the feed pulp was carried out. The change of slime particle size before and after ultrasonic treatment was tested, it was shown that the content of unltrafine particle size increased after ultrasonic treatment. The measurement experiments of contact angle demonstrate that angles against water of coal samples increased after ultrasonic treatment, indicating that the hydrophobic was improved. SEM investigation shows that ultrasonic treatment can change the surface state of particles and impel gangue separating from coal, besides, ultrasound performs a function of cleaning the surface of the particles, leading to the micro-particles departing from the surface of the particles, exposing new surface, increasing the hydrophobicity of coal particles. XPS investigations show that the content of hydrophobic functional groups (C-H, C-C) in the surface of the particles increased, while the content of hydrophilic functional groups(C-O, C-O-H, C=O and O=C-O) reduced.
