摘要
介绍开发翼子板冲模为例,研究翼子板检具上的装配定位基准和调整模具定位基准2套定位基准系统,在冲模制造阶段,如何选取并应用调整模具定位基准系统,为提升翼子板零件成形精度为目的的冲模整改提供可靠的依据,解决冲模制造初期零件精度差的问题。
Taking the stamping die of the fender as an example, the two locating norm of assembly and adjust die of the fender checking fLx-ture were studied. In the manufacture stage of the stamping die, the accuracy of the fender was improved by the selection and application of the adjust die locating norm. The reliable basis of the stamping die was pro- vided, and the poor accuracy of the parts was solved in the early stage of manufacturing.
