摘要 在印染厂染色生产过程中,针对元明粉、纯碱等大用量粉体助剂人工配送导致产品质量不稳定、劳动强度大等问题,以及国内相关产品输送技术不稳定、国外产品不适应国内现状的现况,经走访调查、论证分析,结合染整工艺,确定大用量粉体助剂液态输送解决技术,并研制了相应的输送技术与装备。结果表明,液态输送技术可满足大部分生产厂家的使用要求。因为配送过程中存在溶解水、冲洗水,该装备无法完全满足新型小浴比节能设备,指出了下一步粉态输送方案的研究方向。 The problems that unstable product quality and high labour intensity caused by manual distribution of the powder auxiliaries, such as sodium sulfate and soda, in the dyeing process of printing and dyeing factory, were carded out. Based on the current situation of domestic unstable related products distribution technology and foreign incommensurate products to domestic, the liquid distribution technology of large content powder auxiliaries was determined, and the corresponding distribution technology and equipment were developed, through interview and investigation, argument and analysis, combination with dyeing and finishing process.The results showed that the liquid distribution technology was able to satisfy the requirements of most manufacturers. Because of the existence of dissolved water and flushing water, the equipment cannot absolutely satisfy the new-type little-liquor-ratio energy-saving machine. Therefore, the next research direction of powder distribution plan was pointed out.
