摘要
对H260YD+Z热镀锌钢板进行电阻点焊工艺试验,建立了该钢的电阻点焊工艺窗口,并测试了其电阻点焊接头的力学性能。结果显示:H260YD+Z钢板具有良好的焊接性能。H260YD+Z钢板的点焊电流范围为1.5~2 k A,具有较宽的工艺窗口。点焊接头的平均剪切拉伸破坏力为9671 N,十字拉伸破坏力为7228 N;点焊接头的显微硬度明显高于母材,没有发现脆化点。电极寿命测试结果显示,进行500个焊点的焊接后,焊核直径仍大于5.0 mm,电极头寿命满足汽车厂标准SMTC 5 111 003-2014(V1)要求。
The resistance spot welding tests of H260YD+Z hot-dip galvanized steel sheet were carded out. The resistance spot welding process window of the steel was established, and the mechanical properties of the resistance spot welding joints were tested. The results show that the H260YD+Z steel sheet has good weldability. The spot welding current range of H260YD+Z steel plate is 1.5-2 kA, which has a wide process window. The average shear tensile failure force of the spot welded joints is 9671 N, and the cross tensile failure force is 7228 N. The microhardness of spot welded joint is higher than that of base metal, and no brittle point is found. The electrode life test results show that after welding 500 solder joints, the nugget diameter is still bigger than 5.0 mm, and the life of the electrode head can meet the requirements of SMTC 5111003 -2014 (V1) in the automotive plant.
