摘要
通信是分布式数控系统(DNC)中的重要环节,该系统中各数控机床既可单独处理相关信息,还可接受上位机的控制或程序信息及向上位机发送数控机床的机床信息。本文通过对通信的三个基本要素进行分析研究,成功构建以RS485总线组网的DNC系统并完成其通信协议的设计。
CNC works singlely in general in DNC system , it sends information to computer and so does computer. So communication is very important to DNC.Bus、interface and protocol are illustrated in this paper.
