摘要
目的观察骨盆传统切口复位内固定结合骨盆外固定对不稳定型骨盆骨折患者术中与术后并发症发生率及骨痂形成的影响。方法将72例不稳定性骨盆骨折患者,根据不同术式分为对照组和观察组,每组各36例。对照组行传统切口复位内固定,观察组在对照组基础上加以骨盆外固定支架固定,观察两组患者术中与术后并发症发生率、Majeed优良率及术后骨痂形成时间等指标的差异。结果经数据统计表明,观察组并发症发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05);骨痂形成时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);术后功能优良率观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);差异有统计学意义。结论传统切口复位内固定加骨盆外固定支架治疗骨盆骨折可提高复位成功率及Majeed功能优良率,促进患者骨盆稳定性,减少二次损伤及并发症发生率,并可明显缩短骨痂形成的时间,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effects of traditional pelvic incision reduction and internal fixation combined with pelvic external fixation on the incidence of complications and the formation of callus in patients with unstable pelvic fractures. Methods 72 patients with unstable pelvic fracture were divided into control group and observation group according to different operation methods, 36 cases in each group. Control group underwent conventional incision reduction and internal fixation, observation group received pelvic external fixation on the basis of control group, to observe the difference rate, excellent and excellence rate of Majeed and surgery and postoperative complications in both groups after the callus formation time index. Results The data showed that the complication rate of observation group was significantly less than control group （P〈0.05）; callus formation time was significantly less than control group （P〈0.05）; postoperative function excellent rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）; the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Traditional incision fixation with pelvic external fixator can improve the success rate and excellent rate of reduction of Majeed function, promote the patient pelvic stability; reduce the second damage and the incidence of complications, and significantly shorten the time of callus formation in treatment of pelvic fractures, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
