全自动血液分析仪计数血小板转换检测通道的条件探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨全自动血液分析仪计数血小板由电阻抗通道检测转换为光学检测通道的条件。方法:选取某院住院急门诊病人全血标本,根据其检测的红细胞平均分布宽度(RDW)和红细胞平均体积(MCV)分为70≤MCV<80且RDW(10.9%≤RDW≤15.4%)正常组、70≤MCV<80且RDW>15.4%组、60≤MCV<70且RDW正常组、60≤MCV<70且RDW>15.4%组与MCV<60且RDW>15.4%组。采用手工镜检法、光学法与电阻抗法3种不同检测方法计数血小板,结果采用SPSS10.0软件进行统计学处理,计量资料以(x±s)表示,采用t检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果:当70≤MCV<80时,RDW正常组与RDW>15.4%组,3种检测方法差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);当60≤MCV<70时,RDW正常组3种检测方法差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但RDW>15.4%组电阻抗法检测与手工镜检法和光学法检测差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),手工镜检法和光学法差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);当MCV<60,RDW>15.4%,电阻抗法检测与手工镜检法和光学法检测差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),手工镜检法和光学法差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:全自动血液分析仪使用电阻抗法计数血小板RDW>15.4%且MCV<70时,应使用光学法或人工镜检法进行复检以提高检测结果的准确性。 Objective:To discuss the condition of counting platelets conversion from electrical impedance to optical detection channel by automatic blood analyzer. Methods:The blood samples of emergency patients in a hospital were selected. According to the mean distribution width of red blood cells (RDW) and the mean volume of red blood cells (MCV), all samples were divided into 70≤MCV〈80 and RDW(10.9≤RDW≤ 15.4%)group,70≤MCV〈80 and RDW〉15.4% group,60≤MCV〈70 and RDW normal group,60≤MCV〈 70 and RDW〉15.4% group,and MCV%60 and RDW〉15.4% group.By manual method,optical method and resistance method three different detection methods,the platelet was counted,and the SPSS 10 software was used for statistical treatment.The measurement data was showed by ,with t test,the difference has statistical significance when the P〈0.05. Results: There was no significant difference in the three methods of detecting between RDW normal group and RDW〉15.4% group (P〉0.05) when 70≤MCV〈80;When 60≤MCV〈 70,there was no significant difference in the three detection methods of RDW normal group (P 〉0.05), but there was statistical significant difference between electrical impedance method (PLT-I) and optical method (PLT-O) and manual microscopy method in the RDW〉15.4% group (P〈0.05),and there was no significant difference between optical method (PLT:O) and manual microscopy method (P〉 0.05) ; When MCV% 60 and RDW〉15.4 %,there was statistical significant between electrical impedance method (PLT-I) and optical method (PLT-O) and manual microscopy method (P〈0.05),but there was no significant difference between optical method (PLT-O) and manual microscopy method (P〉0.05).Conclusion:When RDW〉15.4% and MCV〈70,the platelets are counted by automatic blood analyzer using electrical impedance method, the optical method or manual microscopy method should be used to recheck in order to improve the accuracy of detection results.
