摘要
目的:研究益气活血解毒法对脓毒症大鼠模型髓样细胞触发受体-1mRNA表达的影响。方法 :将100只SD健康雄性大鼠随机分组:空白组(10只)、模型组(8h组、12h组、24h组各10只)、血必净对照组(8h组、12h组、24h组各10只)、化纤胶囊(150mg/kg)治疗组(8h组、12h组、24h组各10只)。空白组与模型组给予3mL生理盐水灌胃,每天2次;对照组予血必净3mL静脉注射,每天2次;治疗组化纤胶囊3mL灌胃,每天2次。在各研究时间点(8h、12h、24h)上活杀,观察化纤胶囊对脓毒症大鼠模型TREM-1mRNA表达的影响。结果:经化纤胶囊治疗后,治疗组TREM-1mRNA较模型组、对照组均有改善((P<0.05)。结论:化纤胶囊可有效改善脓毒症大鼠模型TREM-1MRNA表达水平。
Objective:To study the effect of Qi-strengthning,Blood-activating and Toxin-removing method on the expression of triggering receptor expressed on myeloid(TREM)-1 mRNA in sepsis rats.Methods:100 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into blank group(10 rats),model group(8 hgroup,12 hgroup,24 hgroup with 10 rats in each group),xuebijing control group(8 h group,12 hgroup,24 hgroup with 10 rats in each group)and huaxian capsule(150 mg/kg)treatment group(8 hgroup,12 hgroup,24 h group with 10 rats in each group).The rats in the blank group and the model group were given 3 mL physiological saline with the method of gavage twice a day.The control group was given xuebijing 3 mL with the method of intravenous injection twice a day.The treatment group was treated with 3 mL huaxian capsule twice a day.The effects of huaxian capsules on the expression of TREM-1 mRNA in septic rats were observed at each time point(8 h,12 h,24 h).Results:Compared with the model group and the control group,the TREM-1 mRNA in the treatment group was improved after treatment with huaxian capsule.Conclusion:Huaxian capsule can effectively improve the expression level of TREM-1 mRNA in septic rats.
