摘要
线夹作为电容器单元与外部的电气连接部件,应用非常广泛。在电容器的使用过程中,线夹失效对电容器装置和电网安全运行带来隐患。本文通过仿真和理论分析,选定线夹的材料,并对一种线夹组合在预紧力和温升下的受力进行仿真计算,避免线夹在使用过程中发生断裂,从而提高电网安全运行。
The wire clamp is widely used as an electrical connection component between capacitor unit and external. In the process of using capacitors, the failure of wire clamps brings hidden danger to the capacitor installation and the safe operation of the power grid. This article through simulation and theoretical analysis, and the way of choosing material, the simulation calculation is carried out for the stress of a kind of clamp assemble under the pre tightening force and temperature rise circumstance, to avoid the clamp fracture while in use, so as to improve the safe operation of power grid.
