摘要
目的分析经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合血清糖链抗原125(CA125)、癌胚胎抗原(CEA)检测对卵巢癌诊断灵敏度及准确率。方法 62例卵巢癌患者为研究组,同期63例健康体检者为对照组,均行阴道彩色多普勒超声检查、血清CA125、CEA检测,对比三者联合诊断的灵敏度、特异度、准确率。结果研究组血清CA125、CEA水平高于对照组(P<0.05);三者联合诊的断灵敏度、特异度、准确率均高于阴道彩超、血清CA125、CEA单一诊断(P<0.05)。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合血清CA125、CEA检测可提高卵巢癌诊断的灵敏度、特异度及准确率,且血清CA125、CEA水平在卵巢癌中呈高表达。
Objective To analyze the influence of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography combined with serum carbohydrate antigen 125（ CA125） and carcinoembryonic antigen（ CEA） levels on the sensitivity and accuracy of ovarian cancer diagnosis.Methods 62 patients with ovarian cancer were selected as the study group.63 healthy subjects were enrolled as control group.All the patients were examined by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography,serum CA125 and CEA levels.The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the three methods were compared.Results The serum levels of CA125 and CEA in the study group were higher than those in the control group（ P0.05）.The combination of the three diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,accuracy rate were higher than those of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,serum CA125,CEA single diagnosis（ P0.05）.Conclusions Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography combined with serum CA125 and CEA levels can improve the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of diagnosis of ovarian cancer.The serum levels of CA125 and CEA are highly expressed in ovarian cancer.
