摘要
讨论医务人员是否可以穿工作服进餐厅就餐;持不同观点的两组辩手,围绕医务人员是否可以穿工作服进餐厅展开辩论,辩论赛分破题立论、总结论点、攻辩、自由辩论、总结陈词五个阶段完成,要求论点清晰,论据充分,引用规范、循证文献作为论据支持论点。支持者认为医务人员的工作服只是一种身份标识,规范使用及处置的工作服其感染风险极低,未调查证实,医务人员的工作服与医院获得性感染有直接关系;持反对意见者认为从国内、国际上的文献调查显示,医务人员工作服的污染情况严重,会导致病原微生物的传播。医疗机构应规范医务人员工作服的使用与清洗消毒要求,对于感染性因子传播风险较大的医务人员应增加清洗、消毒的频率,避免因工作服被污染而导致病原微生物的传播。
The aim of this paper was to discuss whether medical staff could wear white coats into dining rooms.The two groups of debaters with different views debated about whether medical staff could wear white coats into dining room,including five stages of debating points break points argument,summing up the argument,attack,free debate,and summing up,with the requests of clear argument,argument full,citing norms,and evidencebased literature as an argument to support the argument.Supporters believed that the white coats of medical staff was only a kind of identity,the infection risk was extremely low with standardized use and disposal of the white coats,and no investigation confirmed that the white coats of medical staff and hospital-acquired infections were directly related.Oppositioners believed that the domestic and international literature survey showed that the pollution of the white coats of medical staff were serious,which led to the spread of pathogenic microorganisms.Medical institutions should standardize the use and cleaning and disinfection requirements of the white coats of medical staff,and increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of medical personnel with greater risk of infectious factors spread,to avoid the spread of pathogenic microorganisms caused by contaminated white coats.
