摘要
介绍了垃圾焚烧余热锅炉提高蒸汽参数所需面临的一些共性问题,针对提高参数后高温区水冷壁及过热器的腐蚀,列举了目前可行的几种解决方案,并从实用性、经济性及维护性等方面进行了比较,可看出采用浇注料保护的方案在现阶段具有更高的发展及研究价值。
Some common problems faced by waste incineration heat recovery boiler to improve stream parameters are introduced. Aiming at the corrosion of water wall in high temperature zone and superheater caused by increasing the stream parameters, three schemes are listed. Comparison of the schemes in practicability, economy and maintainability shows the scheme with tastable protection has higher development and research value.
