摘要
在加快建设世界一流大学和一流学科进程中,一流实验室建设与管理既是重要支撑,也是推动"双一流"工程的关键因素之一。该文探讨了"双一流"背景下一流实验室建设的重要作用,从管理体制机制、条件建设和队伍建设3个方面重点阐述了一流实验室的建设内容,以期为推动"双一流"工程良好快速发展提供借鉴。
In the process of speeding up the construction of the world-class universities and world-class disciplines,the construction and management of the first-class laboratories are not only an important support,but also one of the key factors for the promotion of the＂Double world-class＂project.This paper discusses the important role of building the first-class laboratories under the ＂Double world-class＂background,and emphasizes the construction content of the first-class laboratories from the following three aspects：the management system and mechanism,condition construction and team construction in order to provide some reference for promoting the good and rapid development of the＂Double world-class＂project.
