摘要
采用自制间歇式真空渗碳装置,在不同压力下对TA2钛合金进行CH_4和C_2H_2混合渗碳处理。采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、自动维氏硬度测试和万能摩擦磨损试验等检测手段,对比分析了不同气压下TA2钛合金的渗层组织、硬度和耐磨性。结果表明:渗层主要由TiC0.93相组成,表层组织细化;硬度比原样提高了2.78倍,有效硬化层深度超过120μm,硬度梯度平缓;平均摩擦系数大幅度降低,磨损速率达到5.7×10^(-7)cm^3/(min·N),仅为原样的1/55;经渗碳处理后的TA2钛合金综合性能显著提高。
The TA2 titanium alloy was treated with CH4 and CEH2 mixed carburizing under different pressuresby using a self-made intermittent vacuum carburizing apparatus. The microstructures, hard- ness and abrasion resistance of carburized layer under different gas pressure were analyzed by using X- ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), automatic vickers hardness testing and other means of detection. The results show that the infiltration layer is mainly composed of TiC0 93, and the microstructure of the surface layer is improved ; The hardness is 2.78 times higher than that of the original, the effective hardening layer is more than 120 μm, and the hardness gradient is gentle; The average friction coefficient decreases significantly, and the wear rate is 5.7 × 10^-7 cm3/( min · N), which is only 1/55 of the original ; And the comprehensive performance of TA2 titanium alloy after car- burizing is significantly improved.
