摘要
以甲酸为溶剂,通过采用静电纺丝法制备聚酰胺6(PA6)/离子液体复合膜。用旋转粘度计、电导率仪测定了溶液的黏度、电导率;用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、纤维强伸度仪和表面电阻测试研究不同离子液体含量对PA6/离子液体复合膜的形貌、热性能、力学性能和导电性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着离子液体含量的增加,溶液的黏度变化不显著,而电导率急剧增大;PA6纤维的直径随着离子液体含量的增加逐渐增大,且纤维有定向排列的趋势,当离子液体含量为9%(wt)时,纤维之间有集束的现象;随着离子液体含量的增加,PA6熔点和结晶度均逐渐降低;PA6/离子液体复合膜的拉伸强度随着离子液体含量的增加逐渐降低,而断裂伸长率逐渐增加;离子液体的添加大幅度降低PA6/离子液体复合膜的表面电阻。
Polyamide 6(PA6)/ionic liquids composite membranes were prepared by electrospinning with formic acid as solvent. The viscosity and conductivity of the solution were characterized by using rotational viscometer and the conductivity meter, and the effect of different ionic liquids content on the morphology, thermal, mechanical property and electrical properties of PA6/ionic liquids composite membranes was investigated by using scanning electron microscope (SEM), differentiaI scanning calorimetry (DSC), fiber tensile tester and surface resistance testing. The results showed that the change of the solution viscosity was not obvious, while the conductivity of the solution increased rapidly with increasing the content of ionic liquids; The diameters of PA.6 fibers increased gradually with increasing the content of ionic liquids. Moreover, PA6 fibers had an alignment trend. When the amount of ionic liquids was 9~ (wt), the cluster phenomenon appeared; The melting point, crystallinity and tensile strength of PA6/ionie liquids composite membranes all decreased with increasing the content of ionic liquids. However, the elongation at break increased with increasing the content of ionic liquids. The surface resistance of PA6/ionic liquids composite membranes was significantly reduced by adding ionic liquids.
