内外侧钢板联合植骨治疗股骨远端骨折术后骨不连效果观察被引量：6

摘要目的探讨内外侧钢板与植骨联合治疗股骨远端骨折术后骨不连的效果。方法对实施内外侧钢板联合植骨治疗的19例股骨远端骨折术后骨不连患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察手术效果、治疗前后膝关节功能(HSS)、疼痛VAS评分。结果所有患者术后均恢复良好,骨折正常愈合;治疗后HSS评分较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),而VAS评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)。结论内外侧钢板联合植骨治疗股骨远端骨折术后骨不连效果良好,且能有效改善患者关节功能、减轻疼痛程度。
