摘要
目的探讨经皮冠状动脉介入治疗对伴左心功能不全冠心病患者心功能的影响。方法对我院2014年3月~2017年3月收治的冠心病患者80例,根据治疗方案的不同进行分组,其中行常规临床治疗的40例患者为对照组,行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的40例患者为研究组,观察两组治疗前、后的左心功能相关指标与NYHA分级变化情况。结果研究组治疗后的LVDs、LVDd指标较治疗前、对照组显著降低,FS、LVEF指标显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的Ⅰ级率较对照组显著升高,Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级率显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对伴左心功能不全的冠心病患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗可有效促进其心功能的改善,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床应用。
Objective According to the analysis of the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention treatment on cardiac function and left ventricular dysfunction in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary artery disease received in our hospital between March 2014 and March 2017 were collected,according to the patient's treatment plan,40 patients with routine clinical treatment were divided into reference group,the 40 patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention were divided into study group.The indexes of left ventricular function and NYHA classification were observed before and after treatment in the 2 groups.Results The LVDs and LVDd indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group before and after treatment,the FS and LVEF indexes were significantly higher(P<0.05);the grade I rate after treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,the rate of grade III and Iv was significantly lower(P<0.05). Conclusion According to the percutaneous coronary artery interventional therapy can effectively promote the improvement of cardiac function of left ventricular dysfunction in patients with coronary heart disease,worth learning.
