特高压电容器组开关触头烧蚀对开断特性的影响研究 被引量:3

Study on Breaking Characteristics of SF_6 Circuit Breaker for Switching UHV Capacitor Bank Considering Contact Burning Loss

摘要 特高压电容器组断路器开断电气寿命要求3 000~5 000次,频繁的投切操作使得断路器弧触头烧蚀磨损严重,直接影响断路器开断性能及电气寿命。为寻求弧触头烧蚀程度对断路器开断特性的影响规律,从断路器灭弧室绝缘特性和压气特性两方面开展研究。针对特高压电容器组断路器额定1 600 A电流开断工况,给出最佳的开断策略和弧触头所能承受的最大烧蚀程度。结果表明:弧触头烧蚀程度越大,开断电流值越大,弧后发生重燃的几率越大;弧触头所能承受的最大烧蚀角为82°;为保证弧后不发生重击穿,燃弧时间应小于2 ms,开断相角应在[0,0.8π]∪[π,1.8π]。研究结果可直接用于特高压电容器组开关的设计研发。 Ultra-high voltage capacitor bank circuit breaker breaking electrical life is required to 3 000 ~ 5 000 times. Circuit breakerarc contact ablation wear is caused by frequent switching operations, which will affect the circuit breaker breaking performance and e?lectrical life. In order to find the influence rule of arc contact ablation degree, this paper studies the insulation characteristics and pres?sure characteristics of interrupter circuit breaker. For the special high voltage capacitor bank breaker rated 1 600 A current breakingconditions, it gives the best breaking strategy and arc contact can be the maximum degree of ablation. The results show that the greaterdegree of ablation of the arc contact. It has a better probability of breakdown after the arc and the maximum ablation angle of the arccontact can be 82 °. In order to avoid breaking down occurs again, the arcing time should be less than 2 ms, and the breaking phaseangle should be between [0, 0. 8π] ∪ [π, 1. 8π]. The research results are applied directly to the design and development of UHVcapacitor bank switches.
