摘要
为了使自动重合闸能够可靠重合于瞬时性故障,提高系统稳定性和可靠性,需要准确识别输电线路的瞬时性故障和永久性故障.本文选取故障后的母线电压信号,利用离散小波进行多尺度分析,比较不同故障类型电压信号在高频分量上的差异,利用永久性故障及瞬时性故障在能量衰减上的差异,给出了识别永久性故障和瞬时性故障的判据及识别方案.仿真算例结果显示,该方案能够有效识别永久性故障和瞬时性故障,具有较高的可靠性.
In order to make automatic reclosing reliably coincident with the transient faults,and raise the stability and reliability of the system,it is necessary to accurately distinguish the temporary faults and permanent faults in transmission.The high frequency component of bus voltage transient signal is extracted by using discrete wavelet multi-scale,and comparing the highfrequency component energy difference of different types of faults,the criterion of fault type recognition is obtained using the difference in energy attenuation of permanent faults and temporary faults.A large number of simulations show that the scheme can effectively identify permanent faults and temporary faults,with high reliability.
