摘要
目的探析血糖的检测与血糖升高的原因。方法选取本院2014年12月~2015年12月所收治的260例老年高血糖患者为本次研究对象,对其血糖进行检测并对其血糖升高原因进行分析。结果在高血糖的男女分配比例上,女性明显高于男性。导致患者出现血糖升高的主要原因有肥胖过度、心脑血管疾病以及精神压力过大等,并且此三种因素较其他因素对于患者血糖情况的影响要高出许多,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对高血糖患者展开积极的健康教育,增强其对于血糖的认知,告知其导致血糖升高的主要原因,并给予其合理建议,可使其血糖稳定在一个可控范围,从而降低患者糖尿病发生率。
Objective To discuss blo od g lu co se te s t ing and to in v e s t ig a te th e causes o f elev a ted blood glu co se . M e t h o d s A total of 260 elderly patients with hyperglycemia were enrolled from December 2014 to December 2015. The blood glucose was tested. The cause of blood glucose elevation was analyzed. Re s u l t s T h e ra te o f female w i th high blood g lu co se w a s higher than male. Obesity, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and mental stress were main reasons of patients with high blood glucose. There was statistical difference between the main three factors and other factors （P〈C〇 . 0 5 ） . C o n c lu s i o n P a -tients with high blood glucose should be educated to enhance the awareness of blood glucose. The patients should be informed the main causes of high blood glucose. Reasonable advice can keep the blood glucose stable in a controllable range to reduce the incidence of diabetes.
