摘要
汪受传教授认为小儿反复呼吸道感染的基本病机为正气不足、卫表不固,临证以肺卫不固、营卫失调证多见,当以补肺固表、调和营卫为基本大法,并创制经验方——金屏汤为主辨证加减治疗本病,屡获良效。并附验案1则以资验证。
In professor WANG Shouchuan＇ s opinion, the key pathogenesis of pediatric respiratory tract infec- tion is deficiency of healthy qi, disharmony between nutrient and defense qi. In clinical, deficiency of defense qi syn- drome and disharmony between nutrient and defense qi syndrome are common. Therefore, complementing lung to strengthening surface and harmonizing nutrient and defense qi shall be adopted in the syndrome differentiation treat- ment of this disease. Moreover, the good therapeutic effect is usually obtained clinically to use the modified Jinping Tang in treating pediatric respiratory tract infection. One case is attached for verification.
