摘要
中印作为快速发展的新兴经济体,经济合作拥有广泛的空间,但是中印之间的经济合作仍以贸易为主,且贸易逆差不断扩大,对双边深化经济合作构成极大影响。"一带一路"倡议为中印构建经济合作机制创造了条件,有助于两国经济合作的常态化、规范化。应在丝路精神的引导下,建立与中印经济发展相适应的经济合作机制,按照倡议提出的重点领域建设多层次、多领域的经济合作机制,利用"民心相通"加强经济合作机制的文化基础建设,利用市场化运作提升经济合作机制运行效率,最后利用构建命运共同体来减少印度对中国身份的双重认定,通过有效对接经济发展战略来完善经济合作机制。
As the fast-growing emerging economies,there are huge space for economic cooperation between China and India,but until now,the bilateral cooperation is dominated by the trade only,and with the increasingly trade deficit,bilateral economic cooperation has been strongly restrained. The"Belt and Road Initiative"( BRI) effectively boost the construction of a win-win interactive mechanism for Sino-Indian economic cooperation,so as to normalize bilateral economic cooperation. It is needed to establish the economic cooperation mechanism compatible with China's economic development with the spirit of BRI,and focus on promoting multi-level and multi-area economic cooperation mechanisms,through the "people to people contact"way to enhance the cultural and economic cooperation,take market-oriented operation to improve the efficiency of economic cooperation mechanisms. Furthermore,we should establish the common destiny community to reduce the divergence of our identity so as to improve the economic cooperation between two countries.
