摘要
本文对泰州市区葡萄园、草莓园、桃园、柿子林、枇杷林5个典型的果园表层土壤中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Ni、Cr六种重金属元素进行测定和分析。利用石墨消解法对土壤进行预处理,利用电感耦合等离子-质谱仪(ICP-MS)和电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)对果园土壤中六种重金属元素的含量进行测定,并将测定结果与国家标准限值对比,分析各个果园的土壤环境状况,为泰州市区水果业健康持续发展提供理论依据。
In this paper, six kinds of heavy metal elements, Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Ni and Cr, were measured and analyzed in 5 typical orehard soils, including vineyard, strawberry orchard, peach orchard, persimmon forest and loquat fores, tin Taizhou City. The soil was pretreated by graphite digestion method, and the content of six heavy metals in orchard soil was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The results were compared with the national standards, and the soil environmental conditions of each orchard were analyzed, which provided a theoretical basis for the healthy and sustainable development of fruit industry in Taizhou City.
