摘要
目的探讨护理本科生临床实习教学的改革方法与效果。方法专职教师撰写临床实习专科教学大纲,录制专科护理技能操作微课视频,设计编写临床综合护理案例,利用示教室组织护理本科实习生进行情境模拟,采用讨论法结合讲授法使学生掌握专科知识与技能后再进行临床实习,每周答疑或讲课1次,鼓励并授权学生以自学为主、主动实习的行为。出科前用问卷评价学生自主学习能力,比较改革前后学生的自主学习能力评分。结果教学改革后,学生自主学习能力总分及各维度得分均高于改革前(P<0.05)。结论临床实习教学改革激发了护理本科实习生的实习热情,提高了学生的自主学习能力。
Objective To explore the effects of teaching reform of clinical practice among undergraduates of nursing. Methods Instructors developed the teaching content framework of the reform,recorded micro-video of the nursing skills,designed clinical cases,did the situational simulation,and adopted the method by combing discussion and classroom teaching. Only after all these measures were implemented,students could do the clinical practice. Every week,a lecture or a question answering session was conducted. Students were encouraged to do the selflearning and autonomous learning. When students finished the clinical placement,auto-learning abilities were evaluated. Results After teaching reform,the total score of students' autonomous learning ability and the scores of each dimension were higher than those before reform(P〈0.05). Conclusion Teaching reform of clinical practice can inspire the practice enthusiasm of interns and improve their ability of autonomous learning.
