摘要
数字城市是利用计算机、互联网、3S等技术将城市地理信息与其他信息进行结合并再现的虚拟空间,地理空间框架则是数字城市的核心组成部分之一。本文以宁波市北仑区为研究区域,介绍了基于云架构的数字地理空间框架的构建思路、组成部分及主要创新点,探讨了项目成果在规划、环保、民政等领域的应用模式和前景,以期为其他地区建设或升级数字城市地理空间框架提供有益参考。
Digital city is a virtual space which combines and reproduces geographic information and other information by utilizing computer science,the Internet and 3 S technologies. Geospatial framework is a core component of digital city. This paper,takes Beilun as the research area,introduces the construction ideas,components and main innovations of the Digital Beilun Geospatial Framework based on cloud architecture. In addition,it discusses the application modes and prospects in such fields as planning,environmental protection and civil administration. This paper provides a useful reference for developing and upgrading the digital geospatial framework in other cities.
